Our healthspan is different to our lifespan. Not only do we want to live a longer life but we want to extend the amount of time we're healthy and independent. Strength training, mobility exercises and balance drills can give us that and more!

Training functional strength focuses on the movements we use daily, such as squatting, reaching, lifting and carrying. By strengthening the muscles and coordination needed for these movements, we can make everyday tasks feel easier, and have the freedom to enjoy life for years to come.

Hi, I'm Anna.

I teach online and in person classes for over 50s to help build strength, balance, and mobility so we can stay strong for life. I want to show you that strength training can be simple and enjoyable and just a few sessions a week can help you build confidence, move better, and keep you doing what you love for years to come.
